If you're having trouble using the PTO website, please let us know! Email us at brownsvillewebhelp@gmail.com. We'll do our best to help you set up your account and get started. We've learned from other families that it helps to do the following things - you may want to try these before emailing us.
- Clear out your computer's cache or cookies.
- Turn everything off (your router, your computer, your modem) and then turn them back on in their proper order.
- Update your browser (Internet Explorer, Mozilla, Safari). The system runs best on more recent versions.
